| Bob McCauley joined Adlink in 2002. He has been the driving force behind Adlink’s rising success. Under his leadership, the company’s annual revenues and market share have grown each year. Last year, 2006, Adlink put up the best number in company history. During his tenure at Adlink two new divisions have been created, SportsLink L.A. and AdConexión L.A., making Adlink the first local advertising sales force to create a Hispanic and sports initiative. As an industry leader, McCauley has spoken at several interconnects and media sales organizations throughout the U.S., sharing Adlink’s successful strategies and stressing the need for uniformity among multiple system operators. McCauley is an 18-year veteran of the broadcast and advertising industries, 15 of which he has spent in the Los Angeles market. Prior to joining Adlink, McCauley was Vice President/General Sales Manager at both KCOP-TV and KTTV-TV in Los Angeles. He also served successively as KCOP’s Local Sales Manager, National Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. McCauley graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. | |

| Rick Oster was promoted to Executive Vice President and General Sales Manager in the fall of 2004. In this position, several Adlink VP’s report to him as he leads and oversees the Adlink Sales team. Oster’s leadership and decision-making have been the driving force behind Adlink’s phenomenal growth of $43 million over the past two years. He joined Adlink as Local Sales Manager in September of 2002 and was promoted to Vice President and General Sales Manager in 2003. Prior to joining Adlink, Oster was National/Local Sales Manager for the KCOP-KTTV duopoly in Los Angeles. He was previously Director of Sales for WVUE in New Orleans. Oster holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Loyola University. | |
Debbie Vinson Manager, Network Inventory |

| Debbie Vinson joined Adlink in October 2003 as Manager, Network Inventory. She is charged with managing Adlink's extensive television advertising inventory and for providing optimal spot placement to ensure delivery of client schedules across 44 networks.
Vinson has 25 years of traffic and station operations experience with substantial management experience in multi network and multi station environments. Most recently she was Director of Traffic and Programming for Univision's KMEX-TV and Telefutura's KFTR-TV. Prior to that Vinson was Director of Traffic and Sales Operations at KCAL where she oversaw the conversion of the station's traffic system. Before joining KCAL she was Director of Traffic and On Air Presentation for Fox Sports West Networks. |

| Christine Benigo was promoted from Controller to Adlink Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2002. Benigo's responsibilities encompass all areas of accounting, internal and external financial reporting, cash management, and financial planning. She has 14 years experience in accounting/finance field, including Ernst & Young, Disney, and Dick Clark Productions, Inc. Benigo graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a Certified Public Accountant. | |

| Lucy Hughes joined Adlink in September 2003 as Director of Research. In this position, she is responsible for overseeing all research projects and data supporting sales, marketing and business initiatives. Hughes came to Adlink from Initiative Media in Los Angeles where she held the position of VP, Director of Research, Western Region. Prior to Initiative Media, Hughes led research teams at Los Angeles Magazine as well as Standard Broadcasting Corporation and the Radio Advertising Bureau in Toronto, Canada. The author of many key proprietary studies, Hughes was the first recipient of the “I am IM” Award. | |

| Matt Brown joined Adlink in 2002 as Vice President, Marketing and Communications and was charged with developing the company’s marketing and communications strategies. Brown oversees the advertising, creative services, promotions and public relations departments. In 2005, he was asked to add Adlink’s research department to that list and became Vice President, Marketing & Research. His added responsibilities include overseeing all research initiatives that support sales and marketing. Since joining Adlink, Brown’s achievements include launching a new sports division, SportsLink L.A., with an award-winning sales kit and marketing campaign. Brown also renovated Adlink’s website, which features a resource center that’s unrivaled in the industry. In 2005 he served on CTAM’s Mark Awards committee. Prior to Adlink, Brown was Director of Sales Services at United Paramount Network for three years. Before that he was Director of Marketing and Research for SF Broadcasting. Brown graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in communications. | |

| Maureen Bennett joined Adlink in 2002 as Director, Strategic Marketing. In this position, Bennett is responsible for managing the promotions and creative services departments, as well as assisting in the development and execution of the company's overall marketing strategy. Prior to joining Adlink, she was Vice President, Affiliate Relations for UPN, where she oversaw West Coast network affiliates on contractual, promotional and sales issues. Bennett’s previous experience includes eight years with Fox Broadcasting Company as Director of Network Distribution. Bennett graduated with a BA in Communications and English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. | |

| Peter Rydell was hired as Adlink's Manager of Technical Operations in January of 1996, and was promoted to Vice President of Technical Operations in 2001. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day technical operations, involving the delivery and performance of over 100,000 commercial spots daily. Previously, he served as an independent operations management consultant and Adlink was included in his client roster along with Keystone and IDB Satellite. Prior to that, he worked extensively within the field of television operations and engineering at NBC Television Network in New York; as well as Satellite News Channel and AGB Television Research. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Syracuse, and he served as head of operations for Mediatech New York while earning his MBA from Fordham University. | |

| Paul Jaffe joined Adlink in 1995. Paul’s unique entrepreneurial background combined with his technical acuity helped him rise quickly at the company. He has held several key positions, most recently Vice President, Information Services. Paul is credited with developing the Adbrand sales systems, which has expanded sales opportunities for Adlink's Adtag and Adcopy products. Paul’s mission is to create technical solutions for ongoing business challenges. He works closely with all departments at Adlink. Paul also oversees the Information Technology Department, which manages the day to day operation of Adlink’s multiple computer systems. He is a member of the CAB Coltech committee and studied Business Management at California State University, Northridge. | |
Michelle Hagopian Controller |

Michelle Hagopian joined Adlink as Controller in 2002. In this position, Hagopian is responsible for all areas of finance and accounting, including client financial services, and internal and external financial reporting. Prior to Adlink, Hagopian worked as Assistant Corporate Controller at 3D Systems, a publicly held high tech software company, where she managed the finance department and was responsible for all SEC reporting. While at 3D Systems, she fully integrated the acquisition of a $50 million dollar competitor. Hagopian's prior finance and accounting background includes positions with the multi-billion dollar companies of Arthur Andersen, Computer Associates and SunAmerica. Hagopian is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in accounting from California State University, Northridge. |

| Kathy Koenig-Freeman is Director of Client Financial Services for Adlink. Koenig has been with the company since 1991 and is credited with directing the implementation of the first cable interconnect weekly billing system, increasing cash flow by $2 million annually, and developing a billing process responsible for increasing Adlink's billing revenue by $4 million over the past four years. Koenig is the Treasurer and Executive Board Member of the Women In Cable and Telecommunications Southern California Chapter. She graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree. | |

| Jeff Weiss joined Adlink in March 2004 as Director of New Business Development. He is charged with overseeing sales and marketing initiatives that bring new clients to Adlink. In addition, Weiss is on the forefront of initiatives such as VOD and interactive. Weiss has 26 years of television sales management experience in both New York and Los Angeles, including positions with NBC, WB, UPN and USA Broadcasting. In the Los Angeles market, he has represented most of the stations including KCOP, KTLA, KCAL and KCBS. Throughout his career he has built excellent client relationships with the likes of General Motors, Blockbuster, Warner Brothers, Paramount, Dodge/Chrysler, Kraft, Panasonic and Disney. Weiss graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Washington & Jefferson College. | |

Lisa Palmer joined Adlink in 2003 as a Local Sales Manager with over 20 years of television experience in Los Angeles. In 2006, she became Vice President and General Sales Manager overseeing all sales divisions at Adlink including: Local Sales, National Sales, SportsLink L.A. and AdConexión L.A. She’s charged with developing sales strategies, meeting budget goals and creating sales opportunities. Before joining Adlink, Palmer held the positions of Sports Marketing Director and Local Sales Manager at KCBS. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Sales at Fox Sports West. Palmer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University and currently lives in Manhatten Beach. |

Eric Kern assumed the role of Local Sales Manager in 2006 after serving as Adlink’s National Sales Manager for two years. Along with his new position Kern will continue to manage Adlink’s sports division, SportsLink L.A. As Local Sales Manager, Eric will oversee Adlink’s local sales account executives and their sales initiatives in the Los Angeles market. Before joining Adlink, Kern was the National Sales Manager at KTTV/KCOP. He began his six-year tenure at the Los Angeles duopoly as an account executive. Prior to this he was an account executive for Major Market TV (MMT) where he represented seven West Coast regional television markets. Kern holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. |

Eric manages over 1,750 live sports telecasts per year, including the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL. Undeniably the most extensive sports inventory in Los Angeles. | |
Dereck Messana Director, Sales AdConexion L.A. |

| Dereck Messana is director of sales for AdConexion L.A. He’s responsible for advancing Adlink’s share of Hispanic advertising revenue. He joined Adlink in his current position in 2006. Messana has fourteen years of television ad sales experience in Los Angeles. He has worked in both the Hispanic and general markets with NCC, Telefutura and various broadcast rep firms. Most recently he was regional multicultural account manager for NCC where he oversaw Hispanic spot cable sales for the West Coast. Prior to that, he was an account executive for KFTR-TV, the Los Angeles Telefutura station. Before joining KFTR, Messana was vice president, sales team manger for Millenium Television Sales, where he managed a sales force representing fifteen owned and operated Paramount stations in the top forty markets. He began his eight year tenure at Millennium as an account executive. Messana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from University of Southern California. | |
